Kendra “Lady K” Sanders, an Albany-GA native, relocated to Atlanta, GA 10 years ago when she decided that she wanted a lifestyle change and wanted to explore bigger opportunities than what her small city could offer her at the time.

Living in Atlanta, she has seen the market change and grow drastically over the past years. While being a resident here, after having countless businesses geared towards helping others achieve various goals and offering beneficial services that have been life changing for them, she realized that her passion was helping others achieve success and master goals within their lifestyle. Coinciding with her partnerships throughout Atlanta, Kendra has earned her Top Producer’s Award for the Atlanta Board of Realtors Association every year that she has been licensed. Doubling her numbers each year and assisting more and more families. In only 3 short years, by 2020 she has positioned herself as a Top 2% Producing nationwide. She’s grossed well over $35 Million Dollars in real estate sales since becoming licensed and active while only working half the year each year. Her company, New Era Realty Group, has also become a highly sought-after real estate mentorship affiliation here in the Atlanta area as well. She currently has a team of mentees under New Era Realty Group, whom she mentors and assists with building and growing their real estate career.
